What objective for my Nikon choose? Help me please: D?

I just bought a Nikon D300s, and I need to find the lens more affordable for them. I photograph mainly in indoor and outdoor sports (football, baseball, etc.), and ceremonies, etc.. I want a lens with constant aperture well. (But it does not matter that much am) Since I’m new in the sense that it will be nice if someone could help. : D
